Pişmaniye is a Turkish dessert that is a kind of candy floss made from thousands of strands of flour and sugar and mixed with pistachio.

This is when we visited one of the famous Pişmaniye 

stores. We waited til the next batch. 

It was like cotton candy, it melted in your mouth.
